My name is Oli and I started Balance Kids Yoga during my time working with children in various primary educational settings as I felt yoga and mindfulness work could particularly benefit the children I was working with at the time.
Balance Kids Yoga provides yoga classes designed especially for 2-18 year olds to help them explore what it feels like to be happy healthy and balanced. My classes are a fun and playful space for young people to explore yoga, moving through age-appropriate yoga postures, yoga games and challenges, playful themes and stories as well as meditation and mindfulness practice, generating a holistic balance between physical mental and emotional wellbeing. Very important tools for children to help them navigate the world they are growing up in.

I teach breakfast, lunch and afterschool clubs in Primary settings. I am also for full days, nurseries and secondary schools.
