Club booking protocol and agreement
The children enjoy the variety of clubs we are able to offer to them, due to committed staff within our school community.
In order to keep offering such a valued, high standard service, we are implementing the following booking agreement expectations.
1) Spaces are subject to availability. All bookings are on a first come first served basis.
2) We have a large waiting list for some clubs and so if children 'change their minds' about going twice or more this will also result in their offer of attending the club being withdrawn and the space will be offered to another child.
3) Payments need to be made in advance for an available space to secure your child a place on the club, please do not send your child without a booking having been made.
4) It is the parents responsibility to notify the school that their child will be absent from a club session.
5) Club providers will aim to give as much notice as possible if a club is to be cancelled, temporarily or for the remainder of the term.
6) Behaviour at Clubs should be the same level as within school. Therefore, children will be given one warning for unacceptable behaviour (in the same way as school rules). Any subsequent incidents will result in their offer of attending the club being withdrawn and the space will be offered to another child.
7) Children should arrive at all clubs on time.
8) Children are expected to be collected promptly from their after school club, repeated lateness of 2 or more sessions will result with their place from the club being withdrawn.
9) Clubs run on the dates specified, you would need to reapply once the club dates are ALL finished in that term. Participating in the club does not automatically secure a place for your child on the next club dates for that club.
10) Moulsham Junior School reserves the right to withdraw a club booking at any time, especially if any of the above expectations are repeatedly broken.
